Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of being part of Mino's fast-paced journey. With an ambitious launch and new products rolling out fast, they needed a creative team who could dive in and keep up. That’s where we came in.

Our collaboration focused on adapting and developing packaging design and labels for their expanding product line; from Parmigiano and Olive Oil to Limonata.

Mino launched in 2024, founded by the Ingrosso siblings—Benjamin, Bianca, and Oliver—who all share a deep passion for food, especially the Italian kitchen. Their family dinners have always been filled with the flavors of Italy, but they often felt something was missing in Swedish stores: the genuine quality they knew and loved.

They took us in to adapt and create new packaging design for upcoming products, all with a tight deadline.

To build an effective and experienced team for the project, Noerd brought in Nikolaj Kledzik—formerly Brand Director at Kurppa Hosk and Identity Works — to lead the design process, bringing clarity to design challenges and offering smart solutions, including new color directions. Julia Hermansson created the illustrations, while Theresa Lee Zonars handled the final artwork.

This project was packed with valuable insights and a whole lot of fun. It’s a great example of what flexibility and an adaptive mindset brings to the table. We were brought on for design production rooted in an existing brand identity, but many of the products needed their own tweaks — new colors, smart adaptations, and unique touches to maintain visual consistency while allowing each item to stand out.
