FG Leadership, founded by Ann Sofie Gustafsson and Peter Forsman in 1999, gave us the mission to refresh their visual identity. This new design would align with the impactful services FG provides, helping teams, individuals and businesses to grow. They wanted a design that balances a professional edge with a strong human touch, reflecting both sides of their approach.

Background

FG Leadership transforms soft skills into tangible outcomes, driving real change within organizations. They tackle difficult topics with courage, guiding clients through transformative journeys. Their curiosity and dedication allow them to dive into each company's culture, fully understanding its opportunities and challenges.

As FG Leadership enters a new chapter with Josefine, Ebba, and Lisa stepping into leadership roles, they wanted a bolder identity to reflect their innovative and dynamic approach. This new identity will help the company forward while staying true to the core values established by its founders.

Collaborating with Noerd gave us the invaluable opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most talented creatives, which can be challenging to achieve as a smaller company.

The creative approach

Known for being safe and reliable, FG could push the boundaries with a more inspirational and bold approach. To lead this process, we brought in Nikolaj Kledzik, former Design Director at Kurppa Hosk. With a passion for design rooted in purpose, Nikolaj saw an opportunity for FG Leadership to evolve their identity.

He envisioned vibrant colors, a bespoke typeface, and analog-inspired illustrations—subtly nodding to their hands-on workshop style. This new identity captures FG’s forward-thinking energy while staying deeply rooted in the values that define who they are.
